Press Call: one-on-one media training
Say the right thing, every time you're in front of media.
A private 60-minute media training session with MHPR director Meg Hutchinson, so you show up to every interview, podcast and press opportunity with clarity and confidence.
What this is
Getting the media opportunity is one thing. Knowing what to say when you're in it is another.
Press Call is a one-on-one virtual session with Meg designed to prepare you for exactly the kind of media moments your brand is building toward — whether that's a podcast interview, a live appearance or a phone interview with a journalist.
In 60 minutes, you'll get honest, experienced feedback on how you're currently coming across, what to tighten up, and how to communicate your brand's story and key messages in a way that lands with both the media and their audience.
The brands that get the most out of media aren't always the ones with the best stories, they're the ones who've learned how to tell them. That's exactly what this session is for
What we’ll cover
Your session is tailored to what you're preparing for but typically includes:
Your key messages and how to deliver them naturally
How to handle questions you don't want to answer
What journalists and podcast hosts actually want from a guest
How to bridge back to your story and brand without sounding rehearsed
Body language, presence and tone for video and audio formats
This is for you if
You've got a media opportunity coming up and want to feel genuinely prepared
You've done interviews before but felt like you didn't quite nail it
You want to start pitching yourself to podcasts and press but don't know how to position your story
You're building your public profile and want to show up as the authority you actually are
